Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Officer based in Motera, Ahmedabad. Maintain accurate accounts, fee records and financial documentation.
Track and reconcile student fees and update records accordingly. Follow up with students and agents for pending payments via calls and emails. Prepare invoices, payment plans and schedules. Manage agent commissions and payment-related records. Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in accounting systems. Prepare weekly and monthly reports. Assist with general accounting tasks, bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable and other finance-related activities. Strong organizational and time management skills Effective English communication is must
