ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTUREBUSINESS: CIRCOR Flow Technologies India Private LimitedLOCATION: CoimbatoreDIRECT REPORTING: Assistant Manager - ManufacturingCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSKey Responsibilities:- Assemble and disassemble control valves, actuators, on/off Valve & accessories according to engineering drawings and manufacturer specifications.- Inspect valve components for wear, damage, or defects and perform necessary repairs or replacements.- Conduct hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing to verify valve integrity.- Calibrate and configure valve positioners and instrumentation (e.g., DVC, I/P converters).- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and test results.- Follow safety protocols and quality standards during all phases of valve handling and servicing.- Support field service operations including in office troubleshooting and emergency repairs.- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.- Basic computer skills.- Ability to do work both day and night shift.Qualification- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a Valve assembly- Preferred: ITI & Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
