If you're someone who blends creativity with a sharp eye for detail and thrives in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit. ⸻ What You'll Do Create Visuals for Content & Marketing Design thumbnails, visuals, and creative assets for You Tube, social media, campaigns, landing pages, and websites Translate briefs into clear visual concepts and execute them end-to-end Collaborate with content and video teams on storyboards, style frames, and motion assets Design with Performance Awareness Iterate on thumbnails and creatives using performance signals (CTR, engagement cues)



Balance strong visual taste with clarity and effectiveness Own Visual Branding for Marketing Maintain and evolve Airtribe's visual language across marketing and external touchpoints Ensure consistency and premium quality across formats and channels Collaborate & Deliver Work closely with content, video, and marketing teams Manage multiple design tasks and quick turnarounds without compromising quality What You'll Bring Design Experience 2–4+ years of experience in visual / communication design Strong portfolio across marketing, branding, and digital content ?
