Analyze, refactor, and modernize complex legacy systems and services, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Collaborate closely with product owners and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Drive and participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning. Ensure systems are well-tested, secure, and monitored, following best practices in software development and Dev Ops. Mentor junior developers and contribute to team technical growth.



Required Skills & Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience with. NET Core /. NET 6+ in backend development. Strong experience with Dapr in real-world microservices environments. Proven expertise in message brokers (e.G., Rabbit MQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus). In-depth knowledge of My SQL, including writing and optimizing stored procedures and complex queries. Experience modernizing and maintaining legacy. NET services, with a explicit understanding of integration and migration strategies. Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end software projects, from interpreting business requirements to delivery and post-deployment support. Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration. Understanding of design patterns, event-driven architecture, CQRS, and DDD. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
