What You’ll Do

• Manage and respond to inbound leads promptly, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion

• Generate and qualify B2B leads through calls, email, and Linked In outreach

• Pitch SMG’s storage & relocation solutions to corporate clients (HR, admin, procurement teams)

• Manage the sales pipeline from first contact to closure using CRM tools

• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth client onboarding

• Meet monthly targets for calls, meetings booked, and deals closed

- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise accounts





What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or telesales (freshers with strong communication skills welcome)

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English/Hindi

• Comfortable with high call volumes and target-driven environments

• Basic proficiency with CRM tools, Excel, and email outreach

• A go-getter attitude with hunger to grow in a fast-scaling startup
