Role Overview

This role owns the complete tendering process for RFIs, EOIs, RFPs, GeM bids, government tenders, and other business opportunities from opportunity identification through final bid submission. Once pricing is approved by the Head Business Development, the incumbent is responsible for ensuring every bid is complete, compliant, and submitted on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and track relevant tenders and business opportunities across GeM, CPPP, and other e-procurement portals
- Review tender documents and identify technical, commercial, statutory, and eligibility requirements
- Manage end-to-end bid preparation and submission within deadlines
- Prepare tender summaries, compliance matrices, checklists, annexures, and response documents
- Coordinate with Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Quality, Legal, and other internal departments to assemble bid inputs
- Coordinate with external advisors, consultants, technology partners, and suppliers as needed
- Ensure all required documents, certificates,



and approvals are included in each bid
- Submit bids through GeM, CPPP, and other e-procurement portals
- Track corrigenda, clarifications, bid openings, evaluations, and post-submission requirements
- Maintain tender trackers, submission records, and a centralized document repository

Required Qualifications

- Graduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in tender or bid management.
- Good knowledge of GeM, CPPP, and government tendering procedures
- Strong documentation and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously under strict deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and PDF tools
- High attention to detail and solid understanding of technical and commercial documents

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in defence, aerospace, engineering, or government procurement
