About the job

Key Responsibilities - Operations Executive (Travel Industry)
Handle end-to-end booking operations for domestic and international travel packages.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, visa partners, and other vendors for confirmations and reservations.
Prepare travel itineraries, vouchers, invoices, and travel documents.
Process hotel, flight, train, cruise, and sightseeing bookings as per client requirements.
Ensure timely issuance of tickets and travel-related documents.
Follow up with suppliers for booking confirmations, payments, and service delivery.
Maintain accurate booking records and update CRM/operations systems regularly.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of customer bookings.
Assist clients with pre-travel requirements, including visa documentation, travel insurance, and travel advisories.
Handle amendments, cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling requests efficiently.
Monitor tour departures and provide operational support during travel.
Verify supplier invoices and reconcile operational expenses.
Negotiate rates and maintain strong relationships with hotels, DMCs, airlines, and other travel partners.
Ensure all bookings comply with company policies and service standards.
Address customer queries and resolve operational issues promptly.
Prepare MIS reports, booking reports,



and operational performance reports.
Support the management team in developing and improving operational processes.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery.
Perform any other operational tasks assigned by management from time to time.
