Job Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable two-wheeler models.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, offers and finance options.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test rides.
- Generate new sales leads through calls, referrals and customer follow-ups.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Coordinate with the finance, insurance, registration and delivery teams.
- Maintain customer details, enquiries and follow-up records.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Maintain good product knowledge and stay updated on new models and offers.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-friendly and positive attitude.
- Positive convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to learn about two-wheeler products.
- Ability to work as part of a team.

Qualification

- 12th Pass / Any Degree / Diploma
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in automobile sales will be an advantage.
