About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, alert, disciplined, and professional Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, visitors, property, and premises.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure and well-managed environment, monitoring entry and exit points, assisting with crowd and visitor management, conducting regular security checks, and responding appropriately to any security-related situations.

The ideal candidate should have good observation skills, a responsible attitude, physical fitness, and the ability to remain calm and professional while handling routine as well as unexpected situations.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and control entry and exit of guests, employees, visitors, vendors, and service personnel.

Maintain a vigilant presence at designated security points and throughout the premises.

Verify visitors, staff, deliveries, and authorized personnel as per company procedures.

Maintain visitor and entry/exit records accurately.

Conduct regular rounds and security checks of the premises.

Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious or unusual activity.

Ensure that unauthorized persons do not enter restricted or designated areas.

Assist with crowd management and maintain orderly movement of guests during busy hours and events.

Monitor parking and vehicle movement and ensure proper access control.





Assist guests and visitors with basic directions and security-related requirements in a polite manner.

Coordinate with management and relevant staff during security or operational situations.

Respond promptly to incidents, disturbances, emergencies, or safety concerns and immediately inform the concerned manager.

Assist in emergency procedures, evacuation, and other safety protocols when required.

Report any damage, theft, suspicious activity, safety hazard, or security concern to management.

Ensure that company property, equipment, and other assets are protected.

Monitor movement of materials, equipment, and goods entering or leaving the premises.

Maintain proper records of incidents, unusual activities, and security observations.

Ensure security procedures are followed by staff, visitors, and service personnel.

Maintain discipline and professional conduct within the designated areas.

Coordinate with external security agencies, emergency services, or authorities when instructed by management.

Maintain cleanliness and proper appearance of the assigned security area.

Perform other security and safety-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

Minimum 10th or 12th pass preferred.

1–5 years of experience in security, safety, hospitality, commercial premises, or a similar role preferred.





Previous experience in a customer-facing environment will be an advantage.

Physically fit and capable of remaining alert for extended periods.

Good observation and situational awareness.

Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy.

Ability to communicate politely and confidently with guests, staff, and visitors.

Ability to remain calm and composed while handling difficult or unexpected situations.

Basic understanding of security and safety procedures.

Ability to maintain accurate records and incident reports.

Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and during special events when required.

Candidates with relevant security training or certification will be preferred.
