Telecaller – Australian Process

Location: BTM 2nd Stage, Bangalore
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on experience + uncapped incentives

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our Australian process. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. The role involves speaking with customers, handling calls, generating leads, and following up with potential customers.

Responsibilities

- Handle outbound calls professionally.
- Communicate with customers and understand their requirements.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Achieve individual and team targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and call records.
- Ensure positive call quality and customer experience.

Requirements





- Fluent English communication skills - Mandatory
- Positive and target-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
- Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling/BPO experience is an advantage.
