Jag Enterprise is a diversified business group operating across hospitality, food & beverage, and retail, with a portfolio that includes restaurants, a hotel, and clothing stores.

We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Manager to lead our HR operations across multiple business verticals and help us build a professional, productive, and positive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location environment, particularly across hospitality and retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations across restaurants, hotel, and retail outlets.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain effective recruitment channels to hire operational and managerial staff.
- Maintain employee records, documentation, attendance, and leave records.
- Manage PL, CL, and SL leave administration.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and workplace discipline.
- Coordinate with department heads and outlet managers on staffing requirements.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.
- Manage performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
- Identify training and development requirements and coordinate relevant programs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour and employment regulations.
- Prepare regular HR reports related to manpower, attendance, recruitment, turnover, and employee performance.
- Support management in improving employee retention, engagement, and workplace culture.




- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in hospitality, restaurants, retail, or other high-volume service industries.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and employee management.
- Experience handling blue-collar, frontline, and managerial hiring will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple departments and locations simultaneously.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and HR management systems.
- Should be proactive, organised, approachable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
