About Zorba Estates

Zorba Estates is a Bengaluru-based real estate company working with residential and commercial properties for sale and rent. Our team works with property owners and customers to manage property information, visits, and day-to-day coordination.

About the Role

We are looking for a Property Field Executive to visit properties in Bengaluru and support our team with property photographs, videos, basic information, and site coordination.

This role is mainly focused on property visits, photography, and coordination. It does not require direct sales experience.

Responsibilities

- Visit residential and commercial properties assigned by the team.
- Take clear photographs and videos of the property using a smartphone.
- Capture important areas such as rooms, exterior, entrance, parking, amenities, and surroundings.
- Share the photographs and videos with the office team after each visit.
- Collect basic property information during the visit.
- Coordinate with property owners, tenants, brokers, or representatives for access.
- Confirm visit timings and update the team about the visit status.




- Check that the required property information and photographs have been collected.
- Use Google Maps to locate assigned properties.
- Report any relevant changes or issues noticed during the visit.
- Follow the daily field schedule provided by the team.

Requirements

- 10+2 / Any Degree.
- 0–4 years of experience.
- Freshers can apply.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
- Comfortable travelling within Bengaluru.
- Able to use a smartphone, WhatsApp, and Google Maps.
- Basic ability to take clear photographs and videos.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Kannada, Hindi, or English communication is preferred.
- Responsible and punctual.

Suitable Candidates

This position is suitable for candidates who enjoy field work, travelling, taking photographs, and coordinating with people.

Experience in real estate, property visits, field operations, or customer coordination is an advantage but is not required.
