Job Summary

The Civil Labourer is responsible for assisting skilled workers and site supervisors in carrying out construction, repair, maintenance, and general civil works. The role involves manual work, handling construction materials, maintaining site cleanliness, and following safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist masons, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and other skilled workers at the work site.
- Perform basic civil construction and repair activities as instructed by the supervisor.
- Mix and handle cement, sand, concrete, mortar, and other construction materials.
- Load, unload, carry, and arrange construction materials and tools.
- Assist in brickwork, plastering, concreting, flooring, painting preparation, and other civil works.
- Support excavation, digging, backfilling, leveling, and site preparation activities.
- Assist with demolition, dismantling, and removal of construction debris when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping at the work site.
- Use hand tools and basic equipment safely and correctly.
- Follow instructions from the Site Supervisor, Engineer, or Foreman.
- Follow all company health,



safety, and environmental procedures.
- Wear required PPE such as safety shoes, helmet, gloves, and reflective vest.
- Report unsafe conditions, damaged tools, hazards, or accidents to the supervisor.
- Take care of tools, equipment, and materials provided for work.
- Perform other general labour and site-support duties as assigned.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Education:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:
