- Coordinate project activities from design development through execution and handover.
- Prepare detailed space planning and demarcation plans in accordance with design requirements and site conditions.
- Prepare comprehensive interior construction specification documents, design details, and execution drawings.
- Develop interior design concepts, layouts, material palettes, and presentation drawings.
- Prepare client presentations, design proposals, mood boards, and visual presentations for design reviews and potential buyers.
- Deliver presentations to potential buyers and clients, clearly communicating design concepts, material selections, finishes, and project features.
- Gather, understand, and document client requirements, preferences, and design expectations.
- Incorporate approved client changes and design revisions into drawings, specifications, and site execution.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained.
- Prepare additional quantity and cost/amount sheets based on design changes and site requirements.
- Prepare detailed fitting and fixture schedules and finalize kitchen appliances in coordination with project requirements.
- Prepare door schedules/ledgers and clearly mark woodwork scope for execution.
- Mark and coordinate UPVC scope, aluminium works, and glass partition requirements.
- Develop comprehensive woodwork mood boards,



material palettes, finish combinations, and design details.
- Prepare façade dockets and material/design documentation for coordination with different vendors.
- Conduct material and finish sampling, coordinate vendor samples, and facilitate selection and finalization of materials.
- Prepare and maintain material, finish, fixture, and appliance schedules for interior works.
- Develop detailed interior design presentations, sample boards, material boards, and finish presentations for client approval.
- Assist in the selection and coordination of furniture, lighting, sanitaryware, hardware, accessories, and decorative elements.
- Review shop drawings, samples, mock-ups, and material submissions to ensure compliance with approved designs.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor the progress and quality of interior works.
- Coordinate design clarifications and resolve site-related design issues in collaboration with contractors and consultants.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, approvals, material selections, and client decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support project coordination, design development, procurement, and execution activities to ensure timely completion of interior works.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
