- Operate and control the Hydra/mobile crane safely for lifting and shifting materials at project sites.
- Handle loading, unloading, and movement of construction materials, equipment, steel structures, pipes, and machinery.
- Inspect the crane, lifting equipment, hooks, ropes, and safety devices before starting work.
- Follow the instructions of the Site Engineer, Supervisor, and Rigging Team during lifting operations.
- Ensure proper positioning and safe operation of the crane at the work location.
- Follow all site safety rules, lifting procedures, and PPE requirements.
- Coordinate with riggers and helpers during lifting and shifting activities.
- Maintain daily records of crane operations, working hours, and basic maintenance requirements.
- Report any mechanical problems, unsafe conditions, or equipment damage immediately.
- Perform routine checks and ensure the Hydra is kept in positive working condition.
Experience: Typically 2–5 years, depending on project requirements.
