Pervador IT is looking for 2 skilled and ownership-driven Full-Stack MERN Developers to join our remote engineering team and help build and improve Sweepstakes / Gaming Technology / FinTech platforms.

JOB DETAILS

- Position: Full-Stack MERN Developer
- Openings: 2
- Work Type: Full-Time, Fully Remote
- Salary: ₹35,000–₹53,000 per month
- Preferred Locations: India, Nepal, Philippines & Nigeria

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

- Build and maintain applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js and Node.js
- Work across frontend and backend development
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services
- Work with payment, wallet and transaction flows
- Build and maintain authentication and user account systems
- Debug application and production issues
- Improve platform performance, reliability and scalability
- Collaborate with developers, QA and other technical team members

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Strong practical experience with the MERN Stack
- Good knowledge of React.js and Node.js
- Good understanding of MongoDB and databases
- Experience building and integrating REST APIs
- Experience with Git/GitHub
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned work





PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Experience with any of the following is a solid advantage:

- Gaming or Sweepstakes platforms
- FinTech or payment systems
- Payment integrations
- Digital wallets and transaction flows
- Webhooks and callbacks
- Authentication systems
- Other transaction-heavy web platforms

REMOTE WORK REQUIREMENTS

- Good English communication
- Stable and reliable internet connection
- Good laptop/desktop and professional work setup
- Responsible and reliable when working remotely
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with a remote team
