About the Role

We’re looking for an Associate – Supply Operations to help build and strengthen GoNanny’s network of trusted childcare professionals. You’ll be responsible for sourcing nannies, making outbound calls, engaging with candidates, driving conversions, managing follow-ups, and supporting onboarding.





Key Responsibilities

- Source and connect with nannies through calls and other channels.
- Drive candidate conversion and achieve sourcing targets.
- Build referral and sourcing partnerships.
- Work closely with Operations to ensure sufficient nanny supply.

Who You Are

- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, recruitment, staffing, sourcing, sales, BD, worker acquisition, or similar roles.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Experience in blue-collar hiring, staffing, recruitment, placement, or partner onboarding is preferred.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
