We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized person to assist with our monthly fleet compliance management work.

No prior trucking compliance knowledge is required. Training will be provided.

The main responsibility is to collect, organize, enter, update, and maintain client information in different online portals and company systems.

Main Responsibilities

- Enter client and driver information into online portals
- Update client information and records
- Upload documents to the appropriate portals
- Check that required information has been entered correctly
- Organize client documents and files
- Update spreadsheets and tracking sheets
- Follow monthly checklists for each client
- Track missing information and documents
- Follow up with clients when information is missing
- Keep portal information accurate and up to date
- Maintain organized digital records
- Complete daily data-entry and administrative tasks
- Communicate with the compliance team regarding completed or pending tasks.





Requirements

- Good computer skills
- Positive typing and data-entry skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Good attention to detail
- Organized and responsible
- Able to follow instructions and checklists
- Good communication skills
- Able to handle multiple client accounts
- Willingness to learn new software and online portals

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, reliable, computer-friendly, careful with data, and able to complete repetitive tasks accurately.

The position is mainly data entry, portal management, document handling, client follow-up, and administrative support.
