German Cafe Academy is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence.

This is a hands-on content role. The candidate should be comfortable shooting videos, editing reels, creating content and coordinating day-to-day social media activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot and edit Reels, short-form videos, testimonials and promotional content
- Plan and manage day-to-day social media content
- Coordinate with students, trainers and team members for content shoots
- Manage posting and maintain consistency across social media platforms
- Identify trends and turn them into relevant content ideas
- Cover academy events, activities, student results and success stories
- Monitor content performance, reach and engagement
- Contribute ideas to improve social media growth and brand presence
- Graphic/poster designing skills will be an added advantage

What We're Looking For





- Good video shooting and video editing skills
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels and short-form content
- Creative thinking and ability to generate content ideas
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working with people and directing simple content shoots
- Growth mindset — willing to experiment, learn and improve based on results
- Ability to take ownership of social media activities
- Knowledge of Canva/graphic design is a plus

Freshers with robust skills and a good portfolio can also apply.

Pay: ₹10,031.17 - ₹25,832.92 per month
