Job Summary

We are looking for a *result-oriented and customer-focused Sales Executive* to manage the complete sales process, from lead generation and client interaction to order closure and post-sales coordination. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and preferably experience in *doors, interior solutions, building materials, furniture, or related industries*.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Business Development

- Generate new business opportunities through calls, references, site visits, networking, and market research.

- Identify and approach potential customers, architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and other relevant stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

- Explore recent markets and business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

2. Client Interaction & Requirement Understanding

- Meet clients and understand their requirements, preferences, budget, and project timelines.

- Conduct product presentations and explain the features, specifications, finishes, and benefits of Linea Doors products.

- Build strong and long-term relationships with customers.

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

3. Sales & Conversion

- Manage leads from initial inquiry to final order closure.

- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product details with clients.

- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.





- Follow up consistently with prospects and convert leads into confirmed orders.

- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.

4. Site Visits & Project Coordination

- Conduct regular site visits to understand project requirements and take necessary measurements/details where required.

- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and project teams.

- Ensure accurate communication of client requirements to the design, production, and installation teams.

- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery and installation as committed to the client.

5. Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective clients.

- Handle customer concerns professionally and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.

- Develop repeat business and generate referrals from existing customers.

- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales and execution process.

6. Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain accurate records of leads, client meetings, follow-ups, quotations, and orders.

- Regularly update CRM/sales tracking systems.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

- Monitor pending quotations and follow-ups to ensure there are no missed opportunities.

Skills & Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in doors, interior products, building materials, furniture, construction, or related industries.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

- Good follow-up and relationship management skills.

- Ability to conduct client meetings and site visits independently.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and CRM software.

- Good understanding of sales processes and customer handling.

- Positive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
