Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist

Astha Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist who can independently manage social media activities, communicate with clients, develop content strategies, and coordinate with creative teams to deliver high-quality digital campaigns.

Location: Surat, Gujarat
Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Develop social media strategies, content plans, and monthly content calendars.
- Create and manage social media posts, reels, captions, campaigns, and brand content.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, tools, and digital marketing developments.
- Communicate directly with clients, understand requirements, handle feedback, and participate in international client meetings.
- Work closely with the Graphics team and provide creative ideas, references, briefs, and feedback for social media creatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of content and campaigns.
- Conduct competitor research and identify new opportunities for content and brand growth.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports with actionable insights.
- Have a working understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, Google Ads/Meta Ads, analytics, and campaign performance.
- Use modern AI and digital marketing tools for content creation, research, productivity, and campaign execution.




- Support lead-generation, branding, and other digital marketing activities when required.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management/Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content strategies.
- Excellent creative thinking and ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Confident in communicating with international clients.
- Valuable understanding of content calendars, social media posts, reels, captions, and brand positioning.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Graphics and other internal teams.
- Basic knowledge of paid marketing, analytics, SEO, and digital marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads/Analytics, and AI tools is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines.
