To Oversee daily production processes and ensure efficiency. Supervise a team of 20+ workers, assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Implement continuous improvement strategies to reduce waste and downtime. Manage safety procedures and ensure compliance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
