We are looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Social Media Manager who can manage multiple client accounts, drive engagement, and execute social media strategies that generate real business impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- Plan, create, and schedule content calendars for multiple clients
- Write engaging captions, post copies, and campaign content
- Monitor social media trends and suggest content ideas based on industry relevance
- Manage daily posting, community engagement, and audience interactions
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly social media reports
- Execute organic growth strategies to improve reach, engagement, and brand awareness
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team for campaign execution
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels
- Stay updated with platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices




- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines

Required Skills & Eligibility

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.
- Excellent knowledge of manual caption writing and content creation for social media.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube management.
- Familiarity with content planning and scheduling tools (Calendar, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong creativity, communication, and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Good to Have

- Experience working in a marketing agency.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and social media advertising.
- Understanding of content marketing and branding.
- Experience with Canva and content planning tools.
- Familiarity with influencer collaborations and campaign management.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and viral content formats.
- Portfolio of social media accounts managed.
