About Zorba Estates

Zorba Estates is a Bengaluru-based real estate company dealing in residential and commercial properties for sale and rent.

Job Role

We are looking for a Property Field Executive to visit properties across Bengaluru, capture high-quality photos and videos, collect basic property information, and share the updates with our internal team for property listings and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit residential and commercial properties for sale and rent.
- Take clear and presentable property photos and videos.
- Capture interiors, exteriors, rooms, parking, frontage, amenities, and surroundings.
- Ensure all important areas of the property are properly covered.
- Share photos, videos, and property updates with the Zorba Estates team.
- Collect basic property details during property visits.
- Coordinate with property owners, tenants, or representatives for site access.
- Visit assigned properties across different locations in Bengaluru.
- Use Google Maps and smartphone applications for navigation and communication.
- Report basic property observations to the internal team.




- Coordinate with the office team regarding daily assignments.
- Perform other property-related field activities assigned by management.

Requirements

- 10+2 / Any Degree.
- 0–4 years of experience; freshers are welcome.
- Personal two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
- Good smartphone handling and basic photography skills.
- Comfortable travelling across Bengaluru.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Google Maps.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Kannada, Hindi, or English communication skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and comfortable working independently.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates who are energetic, responsible, comfortable travelling, and interested in real estate and property field operations are encouraged to apply.

Previous experience in real estate, property visits, field operations, photography, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
