JOB DESCRIPTION – HR INTERN

Position: HR Intern
Duration: 5 Months
Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
Work Mode: Hybrid (Work from Home & Office)

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern who wants to gain practical experience in Human Resources. The intern will get hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, onboarding and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in candidate sourcing through job portals, social media, referrals and other channels.
- Screen resumes and prepare shortlisted candidate lists.
- Conduct initial candidate communication and coordinate interviews.
- Assist with joining and onboarding of selected candidates.
- Maintain employee and recruitment-related records and documentation.
- Support attendance, leave and other basic HR operations.
- Coordinate with employees and candidates for HR-related requirements.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers and MIS using MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Support HR activities related to employee engagement and communication.
- Assist in maintaining and updating recruitment databases.
- Learn and support HR policies, processes and compliance-related activities.
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.

Eligibility

- Pursuing or completed Graduation / MBA / PGDM / MPMIR / MSW / HR-related course.
- Freshers and candidates looking to start a career in HR are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace will be an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
