We are looking for someone who: ✔ Has practical experience in GeM Tendering & Government E-Procurement ✔ Can independently handle the complete tender-to-order cycle ✔ Has experience with GeM Bids, Reverse Auctions and E-Tenders ✔ Understands technical & commercial tender requirements ✔ Can independently coordinate with OEMs/manufacturers for quotations and compliance ✔ Has robust negotiation and commercial skills ✔ Is target-oriented and motivated by performance incentives ✔ Has the ability to identify profitable tender opportunities rather than bidding blindly ✔ Can work independently with minimum day-to-day supervision ✔ Experience in Industrial Products / MRO / Engineering Products / Plant Maintenance Products will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities Independently search and identify relevant GeM Bids, Reverse Auctions & Government E-Tenders Analyse tender eligibility, technical specifications,



commercial terms and qualification criteria Identify tenders with good business potential and profitability Prepare complete technical & commercial bid documentation Coordinate with OEMs, manufacturers and suppliers for pricing, technical compliance, authorization, certificates and other tender requirements Prepare competitive costing and bidding strategies Independently submit bids on GeM, CPPP and other Government E-Procurement portals Participate in Reverse Auctions (RA) and negotiate strategically to win orders while protecting company margins Track tender status, results, purchase orders and post-bid requirements Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and customers until successful order execution Maintain tender pipeline, order pipeline and performance reports Achieve monthly/quarterly business and profitability targets

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
