- Manage daily production activities in the sheet metal shop.
- Supervise workers and allocate daily work.
- Monitor sheet metal cutting, bending, welding, and fabrication work.
- Supervise Laser Cutting Machine operations.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
- Maintain proper attendance, discipline, and housekeeping.
- Minimize material wastage and ensure secure working practices.
- Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sheet metal / metal fabrication production.
- Basic knowledge of sheet metal processes and machines.
- Positive manpower handling and communication skills.
- Responsible, disciplined, and target-oriented.
