Housekeeping Roles & Responsibilities

Housekeeping staff are responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of the workplace.

They ensure that all office areas, including workstations, cabins, meeting rooms, washrooms, and common areas, are kept clean and well-organized at all times. Regular dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitization of surfaces must be carried out as per schedule.

Housekeeping staff manage pantry and refreshment areas by ensuring cleanliness, proper arrangement of utensils, and timely serving of tea, coffee, and water to employees and guests when required.

They are responsible for monitoring and replenishing cleaning supplies, toiletries, and pantry items, ensuring nothing runs out. Proper waste disposal and segregation must be followed as per company guidelines.





Housekeeping staff assist in setting up meeting rooms, including arranging chairs, cleaning tables, and ensuring availability of required items before and after meetings.

They must promptly report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the admin team. Maintaining discipline, punctuality, and a presentable appearance is also an essential part of the role.

Additionally, they may support basic office tasks as assigned by the admin or management team from time to time.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
