Job Summary

Lere Academy is looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Digital Marketing Faculty to train students in practical and industry-relevant digital marketing skills. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing and the ability to explain concepts clearly.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct offline Digital Marketing classes for students.
- Teach both basic and advanced digital marketing concepts.
- Provide practical training through live projects and real-world examples.
- Train students in SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Analytics.
- Guide students in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor student performance and provide individual guidance.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and industry practices.
- Support students with doubts, projects, and career-related guidance.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of practical experience in Digital Marketing preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SEO,



Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Google Analytics.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Practical knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Prior teaching or training experience is an added advantage.
