WE ARE HIRING – SALES MANAGER (IN-HOUSE)

Direct Digital Solutions, a newly registered IT Startup based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager.

With a legacy of over 25 years in Digital Publishing, Tourism Documentation, Information Services, and Tourism Promotion, we are expanding our operations through innovative digital platforms to promote tourism destinations and tourism-related businesses across India.

Position Details

Designation: Sales Manager (In-House)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹25 - 35 K Fixed + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

* Achieve individual and team monthly sales targets.

* Communicate with premium customers and convert enquiries into sales.

* Support the Sales Team in closing business opportunities.

* Manage customer databases, client servicing, networking, and follow-ups.





* Handle dealership networks and publication inventory.

* Prepare contracts and coordinate collection follow-ups.

* Resolve customer concerns and provide overall support to the Sales Team.

* Perform other sales and business development duties assigned by the CEO.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.

Experience: Sales/Marketing/Business Development experience; Tourism or Hospitality experience preferred.

Languages : English, Malayalam, Hindi & Tamil (spoken).

Skills: Solid communication, leadership, sales, negotiation, networking, and analytical abilities.
