About Zorba Estates

Zorba Estates is a Bengaluru-based real estate company dealing in residential and commercial properties for Sale and Rent. We help property owners and customers with property listings, buying, selling, renting, and property-related services.

Job Role

We are looking for a Real Estate Field Executive to visit properties across Bengaluru, take photos and videos, collect basic property information, and coordinate with property owners and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities

Property Visits & Photography

- Visit residential and commercial properties available for Sale or Rent.
- Take clear and good-quality photos and videos of the property.
- Capture important areas such as rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, exterior, entrance, parking, amenities, and surroundings.
- Ensure all required photos and videos are properly captured.
- Send the photos, videos, and property details to the Zorba Estates team.

Property Coordination

- Coordinate with property owners, tenants, brokers, or property representatives.
- Confirm property visit timings and access.
- Collect basic property details such as location, property type, size, price/rent, and availability.
- Share property updates with the internal team.
- Inform the team about any changes or issues related to the property.




- Coordinate with the team if additional photos, information, or visits are required.

Field Work

- Travel to different property locations across Bengaluru.
- Follow the daily property visit schedule.
- Use Google Maps for navigation.
- Maintain regular communication with the office team.
- Complete other field activities assigned by management.

Requirements

- 10+2 / Any Degree.
- 0–4 years of experience.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Personal two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.
- Good smartphone handling skills.
- Basic photography and video skills.
- Comfortable travelling across Bengaluru.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Kannada, Hindi, or English communication skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and comfortable working on-field.
