- Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies at the project/site.
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, statutory requirements, and company procedures.
- Conduct Toolbox Talks, safety training, and induction programs for employees and workers.
- Prepare and maintain JSA/JHA, Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and safety checklists.
- Monitor work at height, lifting operations, electrical work, scaffolding, excavation, hot work, and confined-space activities.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and maintain PPE compliance at the site.
- Inspect scaffolding, ladders, lifting equipment, power tools, and other safety equipment.
- Investigate accidents, incidents,



and near misses and prepare reports with corrective/preventive actions.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with project engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and management to resolve safety issues.
- Conduct emergency preparedness drills and ensure emergency arrangements are available.
- Stop unsafe work when there is an immediate risk and ensure corrective action before restarting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
