Job Title: Welder
Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Welder / Fitter / Mechanical
Experience: 1–5 Years

Job Responsibilities

- Perform welding activities as per drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Perform MIG, TIG and Arc welding as required.
- Weld and fabricate components, frames, brackets, structures, hydraulic equipment and machinery parts.
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings and welding symbols.
- Select the appropriate welding method, electrode, wire, gas and welding parameters.
- Prepare, clean, align and fit components before welding.
- Check welded joints for quality, strength and dimensional accuracy.
- Identify and rectify welding defects such as cracks, porosity, undercut and incomplete penetration.
- Operate and maintain welding machines and related tools safely.




- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Coordinate with fitters, machinists and production team to complete jobs on time.
- Ensure all fabricated components meet required quality standards.
- Maintain proper use and care of welding equipment, tools and PPE.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of welding and fabrication processes.
- Ability to read basic engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of different welding electrodes, wires and consumables.
- Valuable understanding of welding safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Quality-conscious and able to meet production targets.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
