Dantam Dental is a growing multi-speciality dental chain in Hyderabad focused on ethical dentistry, advanced technology and patient-first care.

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and ethical Senior Dentist (MDS/BDS with 3+ years) to lead clinical operations, handle complex cases, and mentor junior dentists at our Kokapet branch.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Clinical Excellence:

Diagnose and treat all general dentistry cases - RCT, Crown & Bridge, Scaling, Fillings, Extractions, Dentures

Perform / supervise advanced procedures as per your specialization (Endo/Prostho/Perio/Ortho)

Prepare comprehensive treatment plans and explain to patients in Telugu/Hindi/English





Ensure strict sterilization and infection control protocol

3. Team Leadership:

Mentor and train junior dentists and interns

Coordinate with Front Office / Receptionist for appointment planning and OPD flow

Work with Lab, X-ray and housekeeping team for smooth operations

Requirements:

Qualification: MDS (preferred) / BDS with minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience

Skills: Excellent RCT, Crown prep, patient communication, case documentation

Languages: Telugu, Hindi, English mandatory

Personality: Ethical practice, leadership attitude, presentable and patient-friendly

Salary & Perks:

Fixed Salary: Based on experience + Incentives on revenue
