Job Responsibilities
- Visit customers' homes to attend service complaints
- Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues
- Identify technical faults and carry out necessary repairs
- Perform servicing, replacement and maintenance as required
- Test the product after repair to ensure proper functioning
- Explain the issue and service provided to the customer
- Update service reports and complaint status
- Ensure timely closure of service calls
Candidate Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical or related field preferred
- Experience in consumer electronics servicing and troubleshooting preferred
- Good knowledge of electrical/electronic components and basic fault finding
- Valuable communication and customer handling skills
- Willing to travel for home service visits
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
