About the Role

Flutter Footwear is hiring a Customer Support Executive to be the voice of our brand for customers — handling queries, orders, and after-sales communication with a friendly, solution-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, and/or social media promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, returns, and exchanges
- Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to the relevant internal team
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints in the CRM/support system
- Provide product information (sizing, materials, availability) to help customers make decisions




- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve service
- Meet response time and customer satisfaction targets

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in customer service, retail sales, or a client-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi; regional language a plus)
- Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach to handling customers
- Comfortable using computers, CRM tools, and order management systems
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai

Nice to Have

- Experience in the footwear, fashion, or e-commerce industry

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mumbai, Maharashtra (Mumbai, Mumbai District)
