- Menu Planning: Create menus, daily specials, and new recipes in collaboration with management.
- Kitchen Sanitation: Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and HACCP health regulations.
- Inventory Control: Monitor food stock, handle ordering, and reduce kitchen waste.
- Staff Supervision: Train and direct junior kitchen staff during fast-paced service rushes
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
