Job Description

We are looking for a Civil Engineer to support and coordinate civil & construction projects based in Africa. The role will be completely office-based, with a primary focus on reviewing project requirements, construction materials, purchase details, and technical documents.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate civil and construction project activities from the office.
- Review project-related material requirements and specifications.
- Verify construction material purchases based on required quality, quantity, specifications, and project needs.
- Check quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement documents.
- Review civil drawings and layouts to ensure basic technical understanding of project requirements.
- Use AutoCAD for reviewing and understanding civil drawings.
- Coordinate with procurement and internal project teams regarding material requirements.




- Identify discrepancies between purchased materials and approved project specifications.
- Maintain proper records of project-related purchases and documents.
- Provide technical support to the team for civil and construction-related requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Positive understanding of civil construction materials and their applications.
- Ability to review drawings, specifications, quotations, and purchase documents.
- Good analytical and verification skills.
- Strong coordination and communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.

Important Note

This is a completely office-based role. No site visits or site work are required.

Preferred Candidate: Someone with knowledge of civil materials, construction requirements, procurement verification, and basic drawing interpretation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
