About the Role

Lalco Cafe is seeking dynamic, customer-focused Servers to join our hospitality team. You will deliver high-quality dining experiences, manage tables, and ensure seamless service using modern tools and operational best practices.

The Responsibilities of the Candidate Will Entail:

- Welcome guests, present menus, and offer detailed recommendations on dishes and beverages.
- Take accurate orders and coordinate with kitchen staff using modern POS software.
- Maintain table cleanliness, manage side work, and handle billing efficiently.
- Log daily shift reports and stock checks using Microsoft Excel.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

- Languages: English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Tech Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity or comfort using AI/digital tools to streamline basic tasks.
- Experience: Prior experience in F&B; service, restaurants, or cafes preferred.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
