We are looking for a proactive Service Coordinator to manage and coordinate field service technicians across multiple areas. The role involves assigning service tasks, monitoring job completion, resolving payment-related issues, and ensuring smooth service operations.

Job Roles:

- Coordinate and assign service, installation, and maintenance jobs to field technicians.
- Manage technicians across different locations and monitor daily work schedules.
- Track job progress, closures, and service timelines.
- Handle technician payment follow-ups, delays, incentives, and reimbursement coordination.
- Liaise with the accounts/finance team to ensure timely technician payments.
- Act as a communication bridge between technicians, customers, and internal teams.
- Address service delays, field issues, and escalations efficiently.
- Maintain service records, reports, and documentation.




- Ensure adherence to company service processes and safety guidelines.
- Support onboarding and allocation of new technicians.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in service coordination, field operations, or technician management
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of electronic equipment service operations
- Ability to handle payment tracking and coordination
- Proficiency in MS Excel and service management tools
- Willingness to work with multiple teams and field staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
