Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant Government, PSU, Corporate and Private tenders.
- Handle the complete tendering and e-tendering process from opportunity identification to submission.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications and commercial terms.
- Prepare and arrange technical and commercial tender documents.
- Manage EMD, tender fees, security deposits and other required documentation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Finance and Management teams for tender preparation.
- Prepare quotations, BOQ, compliance sheets and other tender-related documents.
- Submit bids on various e-Tender / e-Procurement portals within deadlines.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, bid status, deadlines and results.
- Track tender amendments, corrigendum, pre-bid meetings and submission requirements.
- Handle post-bid follow-up and coordinate for further documentation or clarification.
- Prepare regular Tender MIS and status reports for management.
Candidate Requirements
- Experienced candidates only.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant Tender Executive experience.
- Experience in Solar / Renewable Energy / Electrical / EPC industry preferred.
- Good knowledge of e-Tendering and e-Procurement portals.
- Strong understanding of tender documentation, BOQ, technical/commercial bids and compliance.
- Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Immediate Joiners preferred.
