About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to lead our Mia by Tanishq store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing day-to-day store operations, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and leading a high-performing team.

This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for premium jewellery retail.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the store team.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards, SOPs, and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Monitor store KPIs including sales conversion, average bill value, footfall, and productivity.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve complaints professionally.
- Manage inventory, stock movement, and stock audits while minimizing shrinkage.
- Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, and corporate teams for promotions and launches.
- Ensure compliance with security procedures, cash management, and operational policies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
- Recruit, train,



and onboard new team members.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- 4–8 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
- Prior experience in Mia by Tanishq, jewellery, luxury retail, premium fashion, watches, or lifestyle retail is preferred.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach with strong selling and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable using retail POS systems and Microsoft Office.
