Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with senior engineers to develop detailed designs and layouts for solar project foundations, module mounting structures, inverter rooms, control buildings, and internal roads, ensuring structural stability and compliance with design standards.
- Conduct site visits to assess soil and site conditions, identify potential challenges, and recommend suitable construction methodologies.
- Supervise and monitor civil works execution at project sites, coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure timely and safe completion of activities.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily progress reports, drawings, test reports, and records of design or scope changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular progress updates to project managers and senior management, highlighting milestones, issues, and deviations from the planned schedule.
- Enforce a strong safety culture on-site by ensuring all HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) protocols are strictly followed.
- Plan, organize, and monitor construction materials and resources, ensuring optimum utilization and maintaining a clean, organized worksite.
- Prepare cost estimates, assist in budgeting, and track resource consumption against project targets.




- Identify and resolve technical or construction-related issues, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of materials, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Support in surveying, leveling, and layout marking for module structures, cable trenches, and other civil components.
- Conduct quality assurance checks and ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.
- Gather field data, prepare progress reports, and assist in presenting key insights to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 4 to 10years of experience in Solar Projects (EPC)
- Solid understanding of civil construction, structural design, and material testing practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation tools.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and work in field environments under varied conditions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
