What does the job entail?

- Ability to influence without authority.

- Working closely with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of learning programs.

Work Experience

Exposure to sales behaviour training, onboarding training, compliance training is highly preferred.

Essential Qualification

- Proficiency in MS Excel (dashboards, pivot analysis), PowerPoint (corporate decks), and Word.

- Robust command over LMS operations and training management systems.

- Ability to work with survey tools, assessment platforms, and e‑learning authoring tools.

Preferred Skills

- Understanding of sales funnels, productivity drivers, and insurance sales behavior.

- Familiarity with onboarding, compliance, and regulatory training requirements (IRDA, POSP norms).

- Skill in translating business challenges into capability development interventions.

- Ability to support special programs like Propel, Ignite, Ascend, Red Manager upliftment trainings.
