Organic Chemist Responsibilities & Duties

- Design and execute experiments to develop and optimize new organic synthesis methods
- Analyze and interpret data to support research and development projects
- Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records
- Communicate research results to team members and stakeholders through written reports and presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new projects




- Stay current with developments in the field of organic chemistry through literature review and attendance at relevant conferences

Organic Chemist Qualifications & Skills

- Prior experience in pharmaceutical or fine chemical synthesis
- Knowledge of computational chemistry techniques
- Ability to lead and manage projects and teams
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial or academic laboratory setting
- Expertise in synthetic organic chemistry and analytical techniques
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- BSc in Chemistry
- Additional certification (Master’s degree or a PhD) is a plus

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹36,950.73 per month
