Summary:

- We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with a passion for creating visually engaging and effective eLearning experiences. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing visually appealing and impactful graphics, illustrations, and multimedia elements that enhance the learning experience and make our courses informative, engaging, and memorable.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with instructional designers (IDs) and subject matter experts (SMEs) to create visually compelling graphics that align with learning objectives and course content.
- Design a wide range of visual elements, including graphics, illustrations, icons, animations, infographics, and interactive elements.
- Apply solid visual design principles to create clear, concise, and aesthetic presentations of information.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual style and branding across all eLearning materials.
- Ensure all graphic elements meet accessibility guidelines and are compatible with various eLearning platforms and devices.




- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in eLearning design and technology.
- Work effectively within a collaborative team environment to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline 360) is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of visual design principles and best practices for eLearning.
- Robust attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Passion for creating innovative and engaging learning experiences.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
