Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to develop and implement AI-driven solutions for the real estate business. The candidate will work on sales automation, lead management, CRM intelligence, customer engagement, property data analysis, and business process automation.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Python, Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, APIs, and AI automation and should be able to convert business requirements into practical AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop AI/ML solutions for real estate sales, leasing, and business operations.
- Build intelligent systems for lead scoring, lead qualification, lead prioritization, and lead follow-ups.
- Develop AI-based CRM automation and customer engagement solutions.
- Use AI to analyze customer, property, sales, and transaction-related data.
- Develop AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants for customer/property queries.
- Implement Generative AI and LLM-based solutions for business workflows.
- Automate repetitive processes such as lead follow-up, reporting, data entry, and customer communication.
- Develop predictive models for sales forecasting, lead conversion, and customer behavior analysis.
- Integrate AI solutions with CRM, databases, websites, and internal business applications using APIs.
- Work with property listings and real estate datasets to generate meaningful business insights.
- Build dashboards/reports using AI-generated analytics and automated reporting systems.
- Evaluate and optimize AI models for accuracy, performance, and scalability.
- Research new AI tools and technologies that can improve real estate sales and operations.
- Work closely with Sales, CRM,



Operations, and Management teams to identify AI automation opportunities.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of professional experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or AI application development.
- Solid proficiency in Python.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and AI APIs.
- Experience with OpenAI or similar LLM APIs.
- Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI agents.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, databases, and data processing.
- Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn and ML frameworks.
- Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Good knowledge of Git/GitHub.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
