Mechanical Trainer – Job Description

Job Summary:

Dream CADD Institute, Padi is looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable Mechanical Trainers to join our team. Freshers with good technical knowledge and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply. The role involves training students in mechanical engineering design software, explaining technical concepts, and guiding them through practical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Train students in mechanical design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, and other relevant tools.
- Teach 2D drafting, 3D modelling, assembly design, and engineering drawing.
- Explain software tools and commands through practical demonstrations.
- Guide students in completing real-time projects and technical assignments.
- Prepare training materials, practical exercises, and course-related content.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Clarify students' doubts and provide individual guidance when required.
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure effective course delivery.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.




- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering concepts and design software.
- Knowledge of SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, Creo, or other mechanical design software is an added advantage.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and helping students develop technical skills.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Experience:

Freshers preferred.

Candidates with experience in mechanical design, CAD drafting, product design, or mechanical software training will have an added advantage.
