Senior Marketing Quality Tester

As a Senior Marketing Quality Tester, you ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of marketing and webshop activities across all vidaXL webshops. You perform complex testing, identify risks, improve testing processes, and support junior team members. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in e-commerce and quality assurance.

You will:

- Perform quality assurance and functional testing for webshop content, campaigns, customer journeys, and releases across international webshops.
- Validate accuracy and consistency of content, pricing, promotions, translations, links, and customer-facing webshop elements.
- Identify, track, and verify defects, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining testing documentation and quality metrics.
- Drive process improvements by optimizing testing procedures, supporting automation initiatives, and promoting best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate testing results, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Coach and support team members by sharing knowledge, reviewing testing work, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and quality.

You have:

- Experience: Minimum 5 years in e-commerce and 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Planning & organization: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and deliver goals effectively.
- Initiative & continuous improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes,



products, and services.
- Decision-making & strategic thinking: Make timely decisions while maintaining a broad, end-to-end perspective.
- Communication & negotiation: Build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and achieve effective outcomes in cross-functional environments.
