Key Responsibilities

· Perform structural analysis and design for residential, commercial, and prefab/LGSF projects.

· Prepare structural calculations, design reports, and structural drawings.

· Design and detail structural systems including steel and LGSF components.

· Review architectural drawings and coordinate structural requirements with the design team.

· Prepare and review foundation, framing, connection, and structural detailing drawings.

· Develop and review fabrication and shop drawings.

· Ensure structural designs comply with applicable IS codes, standards, and project requirements.

· Coordinate with architects, project engineers, site engineers, fabrication teams, and other departments.

· Review structural drawings and identify design clashes, discrepancies, and constructability issues.

· Provide technical support and solutions for structural issues arising during project execution.

· Conduct site visits when required and coordinate with the execution team.

· Review material requirements and assist the estimation/procurement team with structural quantities.

· Ensure accuracy and quality of all structural designs and documentation.

· Maintain proper records of calculations, drawings, revisions, and project documentation.

· Support the team in developing efficient and cost-effective structural solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering.

· M.Tech/M.E. in Structural Engineering will be an advantage.

· Experience in structural design, steel structures,



or LGSF/prefabricated construction is preferred.

· Good knowledge of structural analysis and design principles.

· Knowledge of relevant IS Codes and structural design standards.

· Proficiency in structural engineering software such as:

· STAAD.Pro

· ETABS

· SAFE

· AutoCAD

· Tekla / Revit Structure – added advantage

· Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and fabrication drawings.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Good attention to detail and accuracy.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to work within deadlines and manage multiple projects.

· Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also be considered for junior-level positions.

Preferred Experience

· Candidates with experience in any of the following areas will be preferred:

· Structural steel design

· LGSF construction

· Prefabricated construction

· Residential/commercial building structures

· Structural detailing and fabrication drawings

· Site structural coordination

Location: Farook, Kozhikode

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
